Brady, Scott (1924-85)

?A one-time lumber?jack and navy boxing champion, he was a prolific, though generally rather impassive, actor? in? an? assortment? of programmers, usually playing the second-lead or 'other man'. He was at his most effective in roles vitalized by a degree of neurotic instability, notably the 'Dancing Kid' in Johnny Guitar.He proved sufficiently durable to appear in several of the A. C. Lyles Westerns of the 60s, and later still starred, more impassive than ever, in a gory exploitation Western, Cain's Way.
